What to expect at your first appointment
Your initial consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your health concerns.
At your first appointment, one of our doctors will take a medical history to assess your needs and medication requirements. We will also discuss your concerns and goals for specific treatments.
Once we have a complete understanding of your situation and medical history, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
What to bring & additional requirements
- Please bring your Medicare Card and any other concession cards.
- Please bring a list of your current medications and any other relevant medical records.
- If you are visiting to see our Travel Doctor please fill in our Travel Assessment Form and return it with your itinerary at least two business days before your appointment.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
- Please feel free to bring a friend or family member to your appointment for support.
